Our standard concierge pricing is $45/hour with a 2-hour minimum ($90 minimum per visit). Some specialty projects, may vary based on the type of work, time required, materials, equipment, or additional labor. Any project-specific pricing is discussed before the work is confirmed. No. The hourly rate covers the time reserved for your service, not a guaranteed number of tasks. The number of tasks completed depends on the type of work, travel time, complexity, materials needed, and the time each task requires. We’ll review your priorities in advance and work through them in order during the reserved time.
Not yet. When service scheduling opens, services will begin at our standard hourly rate. We're planning to introduce membership options in the future, and current clients will be the first to know.

For grocery, personal, or shopping errands, clients provide the shopping funds in advance, and we always provide itemized receipts. For home tasks, clients provide any preferred cleaning or specialty products.
Yes. The first 10 miles of travel are included. Beyond that, mileage is billed at $0.50 per mile, recorded upon arrival and departure.
No. Chela's Concierge Services LLC does not transport clients or provide rides to appointments, errands, shopping, or other destinations. We may assist with scheduling, reminders, preparation, shopping on a client's behalf, and other non-transportation support.

Florida weather happens! Once service scheduling opens, if conditions affect a visit — especially an outdoor service, we'll communicate with you directly about next steps.
Chela's Concierge Services LLC provides non-medical, non-transportation, non-licensed concierge and personal assistance services. Specialty home projects are limited to work that does not require a licensed contractor, electrician, plumber, or other regulated professional.
We can help organize, prepare, complete, scan, submit, and track general documents and forms. We do not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
